JAMES NIEBAUER Obituary
He was born July 18, 1944 in Pole Tavern, N.J., son of John P. Niebauer Sr. and Jennie C. Benzie Niebauer.
He is survived by daughters, Lisa (Jeff) Musser of Boalsburg and Julie Niebauer of Hollidaysburg; brother, John P. (Diane) Niebauer Jr. of State College; sister, Dorothy (Don) Beiswenger of Ashville; grandchildren, Jessica Niebauer, Kassidy Baum, Dustin (Ashley) Baum, Christine (Ryan) Wiser; great-grandchildren, Elena, Ariana, Piper, Byson, Bailey, Colton; also survived by his faithful four- legged friend Smoke, with whom he shared his meals.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Mary Kay; and an infant.
He graduated from B.C.I. High School, Coalport. He was formerly employed as a U.S. Mail courier contractor.
He loved riding his Harley and his Appaloosa horse.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July26, 2023 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Lloyd-Dimmick Funeral Home, Inc., 91 Rose Street, Irvona, where a funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Deke Irvine officiating.
Burial will be at St. Basil's Cemetery, Coalport.

To me James was my pappy Jim. I knew him my whole life. He made it a point to always be there for me. Anytime I called he was on his way to pick me up and hangout. I remember when I was in 1st grade he decided to save up his money and he bought me a 4 wheeler. That 4 wheeler was part of what made my childhood so much fun. It gave us something to bond over. Something to get out & do. My pappy Jim was one of my first best friends. We had movie nights with pizza and way to much junk food. We would go out riding sometimes all day long. He was always smiling & having fun, joking around. He loved me and I loved him even more if that where possible. He was a blessing, he was my blessing & I'm so thankful for every second God gave me with him. Pappy Jim, Im sorry I wasnt more aware of what your life was like so I could have been there for you more. This world was hard to you & my heart breaks when I think of it. I am so thankful you are in heaven with God full of joy, no longer lonely, no longer crippled, you are happy, healthy, and in peace. I love you more than the whole wide world.
