ROBERT MCCLELLAN Obituary
Born Aug. 18, 1953 in Philipsburg, son of the late George R. "Peanuts" and Betty Mae (Brink) McClellan.
Preceded in death by wife, the former Brenda Kay Jasper, whom he married in 2015 in Irvona. She also passed away as a result of the accident.
Survived by children, Brandy Hockenberry (Mike Ivory) of Coalport, Jason McClellan of Blacksburg, Va., Breanna (Joe) Gill of Kersey, and Tara (Caleb) McGary of West Chester; four grandchildren, Dustin, Marissa, and Garett Hockenberry and Meredith Gill; sister and brothers, Sondra (Bucky) O'Shell, David (Gail), Mark (Kelly) and Brian (Dawn). Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Bob enjoyed bowling and belonged to two bowling leagues in Altoona, fishing, and puzzles. He worked for the state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources at Prince Gallitzin State Park and retired in 2018. Member of the Coalport VFW Auxiliary, Coalport Moose, Bellwood Eagles and Patton Sportsmen.
Friends will be received from 4 until time of funeral service at 7 p.m. on Wednesday at the Gibbons Funeral Home, 1085 Main St., Coalport, with the Rev. Ron Korzeniowski officiating.
