Thomas Brown Obituary

CURWENSVILLE - Thomas Scott Brown, 64, of Curwensville, passed away Saturday, Oct. 4, 2025, at his home.

Born Jan. 27, 1961, in Clearfield, the son of Kenneth E. and Lena M. (Kephart) Brown.

He was a graduate of Clearfield Area High School, Class of 1978.

Scott had worked for NARCO and currently was employed by Global Custom Decorating, Curwensville.

He was Christian by Faith.

Scott was an auxiliary member of Curwensville Station 8 and a member of the Moose. He liked classic cars and riding motorcycles.

Scott is survived by five siblings: Dale Brown (Helen) of Clearfield, Nancy Shaffer (Chuck) of Curwensville, Linda Peoples of Ohio, Kenneth Brown (Yvonne) of Clearfield and Janice Brown (John Reed) and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Mildred Hunt.

Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Interment will be in Stoneville Cemetery.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Stoneville Cemetery Association, c/o Brian Soltys, 1409 Creek Road, Clearfield, PA 16830.
