THOMAS WALSH Obituary
He was born on March 7, 1948 in Staten Island, N.Y., a son of the late Thomas Patrick Sr. and Janice E. (Issacson) Walsh.
Mr. Walsh was an owner and partner of Amon Shimmel and Walsh Real Estate, Clearfield with Joan Shimmel and Peggy Amon. Mr. Walsh was a member of Trout Unlimited and enjoyed fly fishing. He also restored bamboo fly rods and enjoyed tying flies. Being a Penn State University graduate, he was a proud enthusiast of the university.
Mr. Walsh was a member of Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks Lodge 540, Clearfield.
He is survived by his wife, Georgia (Wise) Walsh; two children, Jessica L. Walsh of Woodland, and Thomas P. 'Pat' Walsh III and companion Morgen Turner of Curwensville; three granddaughters, Shyla, Eliza, and Lillian Judith; Gregory E. Walsh and wife Lisa; three sisters, Diane E. Folger, Elaine M. Walsh and spouse Gloria, and Janice N. Walsh and spouse Linda; and numerous nieces and numerous.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by brother, Victor C. Walsh and his wife Mary.
A celebration of life may be announced at a later date.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Trout Unlimited, PA Chapter, 2319 Valley Rd., Harrisburg, PA 17104.

Georgia and family, I was saddened to hear about Tom's passing. I was always impressed with Tom's knowledge on so many subjects. He was a wonderful person and I'm proud to have called him my friend. May God comfort you all in the days ahead and give you peace!
