Ruby Carol Chitwood, age 70, of Vacaville, passed away on August 16, 2008, surrounded by family and friends. She was born March 9, 1938, in Tennessee.
Ruby worked as a beautician. She loved to cook and enjoyed playing slots at Cache Creek Casino with her husband.
Ruby leaves behind her loving husband of 44 years, James H. Chitwood. She also is survived by her son, Christopher James, and grandson, Drew Christopher whom she loved dearly, one brother Kenneth Webb, and many family members and friends.
Ruby will be remembered for her big heart who would do anything for anybody.
At her request, there will be no services. Interment will be private.
