Even though we have not seen each other for many years, I have very many fond memories of the time we spent together. I was happy to run into him at Barnes and Nobles, where he was working, and we had a great time reminising about the good times we shared. He was retired from teaching and pursuing an acting career. He was so happy and full of life. That is how I will always remember him. Charlie, rest in peace and entertain the angels who now call you friend.

Chucky was a unique gym teacher back at Kennedy. I remember in the late 70's he created "Corrado Ball". It was a mixture of soccer, basketball, and Animal House all in one gym class. Chucky took no crap back then, if you were disrespectful . . . - Well if that was you, you'll remember. Just a good guy!

Thank you so much for teaching me the smooth stroke of a foul shot. You were such a big influence on me during my basketball career at Archbishop Kennedy. I can't believe you are gone. Just found out tonight. Thank you for being such a great coach and person. Love ya. Sister Smooth.

Charlie Corrado was an Offensive Football Coach for Archbishop Kennedy my junior and senior year. He was a great coach and, of course, we all thought he was the coolest guy ever. His enthusiasm was a great tool for teaching young men. I have good memories of him pushing us to be better.

Cousin Charles,
To the guy who lit up a room. To the guy that always had a smile on his face and a joke in his back pocket. To the guy who was the best, most devoted son, that I have ever met. To the guy who was so supportive and caring for others. To the guy that me, my wife and my children, loved to visit and be around. You are missed pal. We love you!!!!

I haven't seen Charlie for many years, but I recall the warm summer days at the Lansdale swimming pool with him, Carl Saldutti and my brother, Bill. We had always had a joyous, if slightly impish, time. I spoke with him years later and what a fine man he was. Always looked forward to seeing him again. A great guy and gone far too soon. My sincerest condolences to his family.

Besides being the best cousin you could ask for, and among all of his other talents, Charles also managed a local Rock n Roll band for a few years!!! His great love for rock n roll music led him to this position, where he would travel and hang out with the band, book gigs, promote the band, help with the gear, and give his Charles advice to the band. He was just as enthusiastic as a band manager as he was about everything else in his life, and he was truly the 5th Beatle of the band. He also loved hanging out with his cousins at the Mojo Lounge, listening intently to vinyl records for hours and discussing the merits of each artist.
Charles, gonna miss you big time.
Keep on rockin', we know you will.
