Joseph Mancuso Obituary

Joseph A. Mancuso, Jr., 56, of East Greenville, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2017, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Quakertown. He was the beloved husband of Tammy M. (Shiflett) Mancuso for 36 years. Born in Lansdale, Joseph was the son of Dee (Klemmer) Mancuso, of Hatfield, and the late Joseph Mancuso, Sr. Joe was a graduate of Lansdale Catholic High School. Known as a jack of all trades, Joe had owned and operated his own handyman service. He had also worked as an electrician and a truck driver. Most recently, he had been employed as an associate for Lowe’s Home Improvement, Hatfield. Joe was a member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ridge Valley, where he had helped with the youth group and sung in the choir. He was a fan of dirt track racing, specifically quarter midgets. To know Joe was to love Joe. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by a daughter, Trisha A. Mancuso, and her boyfriend, Mike Rennard, of Hatfield; three sisters, Theresa Kotulka, and her husband, Robert, of North Wales, Donna Cutler, and Cindy Mancuso, both of Hatfield; and several nieces and nephews. His funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, December 30, 2017, in St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church (Ridge Valley), 910 Allentown Rd., Sellersville, PA 18960, where a viewing will be held from 8 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
