Joyce Nemeth Obituary
Joyce was born Oct. 26, 1934, in Herrin to Joe and Katie (Calcaterra) Chiodini.
She married Joseph Nemeth on Valentines Day 1972 in Herrin; and he survives in Marion.
She was a homemaker and a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Herrin.
Survivors include husband, Joseph Nemeth of Marion; daughter, Debra (Macri) Clemons of San Jose, Calif., daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Lewis Hutson Jr. of Marion; grandchildren, David Wilson of Marion and Joanna Wilson of Marion; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Jean Marie Macri; grandson, Michael Wilson; and one sister, Rose Marie Boston.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, in Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin, with Father Richard Mohr officiating. Interment will be in San Carlo Cemetery in Herrin. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to American Heart Association or Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Fund and will be accepted at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home, 201 S. 13th St., Herrin IL 62948.

I wish I could be there with you tomorrow. I'm sorry Joyce and I didn't get to spend more time together, especially these last years. I am fondly remembering our grade school and high school years when we were almost always together. It's wonderful to have had that kind of friend.. Love you, Joan
