Patricia Peters Obituary

Patricia Ann Simms "Patsy" Peters, 72, of Fair Drive, Springfield, died at 1:45 a.m., Friday, June 9, 2017, at Village of Lebanon.
Born Feb. 7, 1945, in Lebanon, she was preceded in death by her parents, James and Teresa Murphy Simms.
She was a graduate of St. Catharine Academy, was a former retail manager for Robertson's Department Store in Springfield and was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband, Frank Peters III; a son, Frank Peters IV (Jennifer) of Lawrenceburg, and a brother, Mike "Critter" (Betty) Grigsby of Springfield.
Funeral mass was conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, June 12, 2017, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Fredericktown with with Rev. Matthew Hardesty and Rev. Culpepper Elliott co-celebrating. Burial was in Holy Trinity Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Aaron Hale, Rudi Beneke, Henry Boone, Kurt Rousseau, Patrick Grigsby and Martin Murphy.
Honorary pallbearers were Mary Crews, Bess Haydon, Shirley Barber, Julia Lee Pettus, Dodie Polin, Mary Haydon, Mickie Hayes, Margaret O'Daniel, Margo Godshall, Margaret Polin and Gloria Sanchez.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Flaget Cancer Center or Holy Trinity Catholic Church
Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
