Paul Jenkins Obituary

Paul Allen Jenkins, 78, of Willisburg, passed away at 7:07 a.m., Friday, Nov. 16, 2018, at Baptist Health in Lexington.
A native of Washington County, he was born Feb. 7, 1940, to the late Purdom and Martha Hazel Snider Jenkins.
He was a member of the Willisburg Christian Church, a retired farmer and former employee of the Fischer Packing Company.
Preceding him in death were five sisters, Lula Brothers, Josephine Hammond, Margaret Singleton, Sarah Peavler and Joyce Gentry and two brothers, J.B. and Eugene Jenkins.
Survivors include his wife, Laura Jane Sea Jenkins; four daughters, Tammy Wilhoite (Marty) of Lawrenceburg, Kim Jenkins and Vicki Hood (Paul) of Willisburg and Paula Saenz (Manny) of Lexington; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and one brother, Eddie Jenkins (Pat) of Louisville.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m., Monday, Nov. 19, at Carey & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Lance Ladd, minister of the Willisburg Christian Church, officiating.
Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg.
Serving as pallbearers were Nathan Hood, Tony Burkhead, Travis Peavler, Tyler Sea, Matt Sea and James Holland.
Carey & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
