Jonathan David Cross, 25

Muncie - Jonathan David Cross, 25, passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2015.

He was born in Lawrenceville, Georgia on December 28, 1989, the son of Franklin Cross and Tresa (Ridge) Drew and graduated from Delta High School in 2008.

Jonathan worked as a C.N.A. and also for Family Construction. He was very talented and was able to do anything involving construction, skills he learned with his father.

He loved basketball, fishing, Harley riding, but most of all being with his beautiful daughter, Zoey.

Survivors include his daughter, Zoey Gwen Cross; his mother and step-father, Tresa and Tom Drew; father and step-mother, Franklin and Christina Cross; siblings; his sister, Danielle Moody with whom he had a special relationship, Carter King-Cross, Casen King-Cross and Anna King-Cross; his two grandmothers, Sandie Ridge (Keith Reagan) and Lois Cross; nieces and nephew, Alexia, Alivia and David; aunts, Debbie Ridge and Amy Hess (husband, Larry); his uncles John Cross (wife, Jackie), Fred Cross Jr. (wife, Valarie) and Brian Cross (wife, Michele); also surviving are his girlfriend, Amara Philebaum; Zoey's mother, Abbey Sylvester; and several special cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Fredrick Cross Jr. and Raymond Ridge; and his special cousin, Fredrick Cross IV.

Services will be 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel.

Family and friends may call from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the mortuary.
