Born in Hammond, NY, he was a son of the late Cecil and Pearl Milsap. Mr. Milsap was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church. He was a veteran of WWII and the Korean War serving in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his long time companion, Lessie Outlaw of Garden City, SC; sons, Dale (Laurie) Milsap of Hammond, NY and Paul Milsap of Hammond, NY daughters, Dianna (Kim) Shaver of Hammond, NY and Joan (Ira) Duncan of Hudson, NC; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, January 24, 2011 at St. Michael Catholic Church with Father Ray Carlo officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
