David L. Campbell WEST COLUMBIA - Memorial services for David L. Campbell, 75, will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Ft. Jackson National Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. Mr. Campbell passed away Monday, September 4, 2017. He was the son of the late James E. and Audrey Jordan Campbell and was a life member of Sinclair Masonic Lodge AFM 154, a 1960 graduate of Dreher High School and a former paratrooper with 101st Airborne Div. (1960-1963). He worked at USPS for a short time but spent most of his career in the Tool and Die field with Elgin Watch Co., General Electric, Allis Chalmers, and 37 years with Westinghouse Nuclear Fuel. He was a caring husband, loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend who loved to help others. Surviving are his daughters, Audrey and Jolene; stepsons, Tim , Anthony and Terry Coleman; grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by his wife of 42 years, Della, sisters, Faye Earhart, Gladys Goff, and Ann Earhart; brother, James M. Campbell.
