Born in Sumter, SC he was a son of the late Alva Ingram and Corrine McLeod Ingram. He was a member of Blackville First Baptist Church where he as a member of the Sara Sunday School Class. He was a member of the National Guard, retired maintenance supervisor with SC Regional Housing Authority and formerly employed with Neeley Appliance of Denmark. He was an avid gardener, fisherman and hunter.
Survivors include his loving wife of 48 years, Hazel Hutson Ingram; a son, Darian (Ann) Ingram; granddaughter, Shana Ingram all of Blackville; sisters, Bessie Hooker, Ruth Gardner, Sara Gleaton; brothers, Otis (Rhonda) McLeod, Jimmy Ingram and Floyd Ingram. Dear sweet Hazel, What a profound loss to such a great lady. My sympathies to you and your family are many. You stayed by his side to the end but know that his pain is gone and he is in heaven waiting for you.
