I was thinking of Doris and Carl the other day and how much I enjoyed knowing them when I was younger at State Street. Mrs. Payne was always sweet and nice and Mr. Payne amazed me with his huge singing voice! So sorry to hear of her passing but am sure they are celebrating being together again! Prayers for strength and peace are being sent to the family.

Carl and Cheryl. Please accept both Merry's and my sincere condolences in the passing of Ms. Doris. Many memories crossed our minds of she and Carl when we lived there in Cayce.

Carl and Cheryl, your mom will always have a special place in my heart. I will miss seeing her in her "geriatric Harley", and harassing one another about Clemson/Carolina football. Truly a special lady!! She will be missed. Love to all your family! XOXOX
