Doris Shull Obituary

ROCK HILL - Rev. Mrs. Doris Ray Shull, 70, of 3611 Armstrong Ford Road, died Thursday, April 17, 2008, in Piedmont Medical Center.

The funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, April 19, 2008, at Greene Funeral Home, Northwest Chapel, with Pastor Bryan R. Shull, Dr. Ronald Moore and Rev. Mrs. Leona Coker officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park on Cherry Road.

A native of Jacksonville, FL, Mrs. Shull was a daughter of the late Rev. Charles W. Ray and the late Gertrude Simpson Ray. She was a member of Lighthouse Pentecostal Holiness Church. She retired from the Upper S.C. Conference International Pentecostal Holiness Church where she served from 1987 to present. She also served from 1971-1987 in the S.C. Conference International Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Mrs. Shull is survived by her husband, Clinton A. Shull; her son, Pastor Bryan R. Shull of Rock Hill; her daughters, Teresa Diane Ruesink of Charlotte and Katherine E. Newton of Columbia; her sister, Violet Campbell of Jacksonville, FL; eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Rev. Clifford Ray.

The family will receive friends after the services at the home.
