Elgin , South Carolina - John Edward Byler, age 75, of Elgin, South Carolina, passed away due to natural causes on June 28, 2022. John was born in New Castle, PA, on April 20, 1947, married on January 14, 1967, and retired from management at Kraft Foods in 2002. He was preceded in the death of his parents, David A. Byler and Agnus R. Byler. He is survived by his wife Aleata E. Byler; 3 Brothers, David, Timothy, and Thomas Byler; two sons John R. Byler of Jacksonville, FL, and Matthew J. Byler of Fort Mill, SC; and grandchildren, Jaelin D. Byler, Ethan A. Byler and Ian A. Byler of Blythewood SC. John was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather and is greatly loved and missed.
