Dear Charlene, Jake and I are so terribly sorry to hear that Lou passed away. He taught me so much and I have thought of and told stories about how wonderful he was to work for many times. Charlene and family we are so sorry for your lost in the passing of Lou he was a strong part of the coveright family and will be truly missed. Lou was one who believed everyone deserved a chance to be apart of the coveright family and he always ensured everyone was treated fair and with respect in saying this he is now moving on to an even bigger challenge of taking his caring ways to the next level to continue to help others. Charlene and Family, my sincerest and deepest condolences for your loss. Lou took me under his wing from the first day I walked into the Blythewood plant. I will always consider him a mentor and a man with a TREMENDOUS zest for life. Lou ALWAYS wanted to do the right thing and I admired him for that. He is an inspiration to many! God Bless

I am saddened to hear of Lou's passing. I had the privilege of working with Lou and enjoyed every day I interacted with him. I will remember him to the most generous and kind hearted person I have known. Even when stressed and frustrated he was polite. I am sorry to not have remained in touch with him last several years and will certainly miss him for his kind demeanour. Rest in Peace my friend.
