Margaret "Pat" G. Kincer COLUMBIA - Margaret "Pat" G. Kincer, aged 75, died peacefully on the morning of December 13, 2017 in Columbia, South Carolina, after a struggle with cancer. Pat was born October 28, 1942 in Johnstown Pennsylvania, the daughter of Robert Pattison and Charlotte Ruby Pattison. On March 12, 1977, Pat married her love, George S. Kincer and settled in Sterling, Virginia. Pat retired after 30 years with the United States Postal Service and both Pat and George were very active members of the Herndon Moose Lodge, were on several Bowling leagues and fanatics of the Washington Redskins. Many knew Pat through a 40-year span as an AVON representative, or could find her playing a mean game of Bingo wherever she went. Pat and George thoroughly enjoyed entertaining family and friends at their home in Sterling through the years, and as their family grew, they would take many cruises and travel the world. In 2001, they moved to Columbia, South Carolina, and continued traveling and visiting family and friends. Pat was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and brother, Michael Pattison. She is survived by her brother, Robert Pattison; her sister, Beth Varnau; sons, Robert Flint (Wendy), Lewis Flint, Christopher Flint, daughters Jeannie Reinke (Daryl), Sharon Murray (Robert); nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Viewing will be held between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 18, 2017 at Dunbar Funeral Home, 4219 Hardscrabble Road, Columbia, South Carolina 29223. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Dunbar Funeral Home, followed by a memorial service at the Fort Jackson Army National Cemetery, and a private burial.
