Sherry, Laurie, and Richard,
We were so sorry to hear about the death of your mother, Patty. The Minges and Turner family friendship goes back to the early 1950's, before any of us were born. Mother loved being in two bridge clubs with your mother. Also, we remember the grand party that she and your dad hosted before Sarah's first wedding in their house on Forest Drive. I also well remember the lovely rehearsal party for Richard and Susan (catered by Jack Brantley) here in Charlotte in Nov. 1996. We will always remember your dear mother in so many ways, especially her wonderful gift for "style" in clothing and decorating. She will be greatly missed!
Much love, Hall, Kathy, and Sarah

I am sorry to hear of Patti's passing but I rejoice in the long, rich life that she had with Phil. They were ideal partners -- devoted to each other and to their faith, and it is heartening to know that they are now together again.
