I am deeply sadden to hear that my friend and pass co-work has left this earthly life. She will be deeply missed. On this Christian journey we had many conversations about life lessons. I will truly miss her. God bless the Johnson Family and my pray is that you find peace in knowing that she was an angel on Earth.

I am trying to be strong! I am fighting back the tears! I am in shock! After 29 years of knowing Rev. AJ, I did not expect this loss right now! This has made an enormous major gap in our church family! I could never express what the loss of AJ means to my church, my family and to me. AJ was a super star! And though we can no longer see her light shining here on Earth, I just know that she will shine bright in Heaven, gather all the little angels together and have a good time in the name of our Lord and Savior! I send my deepest condolences and my love to the family left behind. Please know that I am here for you so that we can hold each other up!
With love, Dr. Stephens

Adrienne and I became close friends while working together at the STAR Center. She was very professional with me but after sharing experiences and family, she and I considered ourselves sisters. I love to bake and when I did bake something "A" always shared with her mother. In fact, even though we never officially met, I spoke to "Mama" on the phone while in Adrienne's office. There will never be another Adrienne Johnson. The students LOVED her because she could speak to them about the issues they were having. She could discipline with love. Adrienne Johnson was a very close friend, but most definitely, she was my sister. I will always love you in my heart. You made a major impact on my life as I learned so much from you. Until we meet again...I love you.
