ORANGEBURG -- It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Kelly Manigault of Orangeburg, SC. His funeral services will be on Saturday Dec 2, 2023 at 11:00AM in Mt Zion United Methodist Church Bamberg, SC. His burial with military honors will follow at bamberg memory gardens. Visitation will be held Friday, December 1, 2023 from 2:00-6:00PM in the Carroll Mortuary Bamberg Chapel. Arrangements are entrusted to Carroll Mortuary of Bamberg, SC. Condolences may be left on www.carrollmortuary.com and www.facebook.com/carrollMortuary.
