Deborah "Debbie" Ann Rhyne
Bethalto, IL - Deborah " Debbie" Ann Rhyne, 71, passed away at 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at OSF St. Anthony's in Alton, IL.
She was born on June 13, 1952 in Naha Okinawa, to Jerry and Setsuko "Susie" (Nakahara) Robbins. On August 9, 1970, Debbie married Terry W. Rhyne in East St. Louis, IL, after 38 years of marriage he preceded her in death on May 28, 2009.
Debbie found joy in playing Bingo, cooking, and caring for her beloved fur babies, with Angel holding a special place in her heart. However, her family was her true passion, and she cherished her children and grandchildren, speaking proudly of them and holding them dear to her heart.
Deborah is survived by her children, Terry Rhyne Jr. (April) of Bunker Hill, IL; Jason Rhyne of Bethalto, Jerry Rhyne of Bethalto, and Dawn Rhyne (Dave Stuller) of Roxana, IL; a sister, Linda Durham (John) of Keysport, IL; and grandchildren, Cheyane Rhyne (Devin Elliott), Dalton McCart, Gavin Rhyne, Paityn Lucas, Peyton Stuller, Skylyn Stuller; and great grandchildren Devin Jr., Josie, and one on the way.
She was preceded in death by Husband, Terry W. Rhyne Sr.; and her parents.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 5:00 pm at the Elias Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto, IL.
