HAMEL — Loren P. Kessman, 85, died Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville. He was born Tuesday, June 21, 1932, in Hamel. On Oct. 13, 1963, he married Judith A. "Judy" Kessman (nee Brandt) who survives. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 27 at Dauderman Mortuary in Hamel, and from 9 to 10 a.m. service on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at Liberty Worship Center Church in Edwardsville. Interment at Valley View Cemetery in Edwardsville.

I am so sorry for the loss of Loren Kessman. He sounded like a nice friendly smart guy ready to help people whenever he could. My deep condolences go to the family. May the God of comfort sustain you through these hard times till you see Loren again in the very near future!
