Michael Sutton Obituary

Michael "Mick" Sutton Sr.
Cottage Hills - Michael "Mick" Sutton Sr., born January 19, 1957, was the son of the late Harvey and Ruby Sutton. Mick passed peacefully from this life on August 25, 2024, at Barnes Jewish Hospital. He was a devoted husband to his wife of 44 years, Bonnie Sutton, a cherished father to his sons, Glen McElyea (Candice) and Michael Sutton Jr. (Victoria), and a dedicated brother to his sister Molly Sutton.
Mick's legacy is carried on by his six beloved grandchildren: Mackenzie Phillips (Zach), Jessalyn and Kyndall McElyea, and Kole, Callie, and Jaxson Sutton. He also leaves behind a bonus child Wayne Opfer and bonus granddaughters Rosalie and Naomi Opfer.
His family will remember him for his unwavering love, his passion for automotives and CB radios, and the many joyful moments they shared.
A memorial service to celebrate Mick's life will be held at a later date. Donations can be made to a charity of your choice in his honor.
Mick will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
