Ronald Clifford Bartow
Brighton - Ronald "Ron" Clifford Bartow, 82, of Brighton, passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
He was born on June 20, 1943, in Medora, the son of the late Edmund and Mary Helen (Tober) Bartow.
Ron married his soul mate Linda Couch-Copeland on March 27, 1992, in Edwardsville, she survives.
He was a general foreman at Olin Corporation for 30 years. Ron enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, playing games, cards, bowling, and fishing.
In addition to his wife, Linda, he is survived by two children, Rhonda Bartow of Edwardsville and Timothy (Colleen) Bartow of Chesterfield, MO; one granddaughter, Carly Bartow; three step children, Stacey Winfree, Cathy (Richard) Borman, and Bryan Couch; three siblings, Donald Bartow, Mardell (Fred) Cox, and Sandy Davis; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Edmund and Mary Helen Bartow; grandmother Virgina "Ma" Bartow who raised him in his early years.
Visitation will be held from 4 pm to 7 pm on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Anderson Family Funeral Home in Brighton.
Funeral will be held at 10 am on Friday, December 5, 2025, at Anderson Family Funeral Home in Brighton.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
