EAST ALTON — Timothy Lee Moxey Sr., 67, passed away at 9:49 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017 at his home with his daughter at his side. He was born Nov. 16, 1949, in Alton, Illinois. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
