Christopher Duff Obituary

Christopher Duff, 28, of Scranton, died Monday.

Born in Scranton, son of James and Sheila Duff, he attended West Scranton High School and was a graduate of Mid Valley High School. A gifted cross country runner, he enjoyed being outdoors and playing sports. Chris was always full of life and had a smile that lit up the room. He was a kind and generous father, son and brother who was taken too soon.

Also surviving are three sons, Maddox, Octavius and Isaiah; four brothers, Jonathan, Michael, Matthew and Thomas; girlfriend, Kylie Blaszkowski; aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Francis and Joan Philbin; and paternal grandmother, Sandra Duff.

A funeral service will be held Monday at 5 p.m. in the Thomas J. Hughes Funeral Home Inc., 1240 St. Ann's St., Scranton. Friends may call from 2 to 4:45 p.m.
