David Englert Obituary
Born in Scranton, son of David J. and Joann Noble Englert, Lake Ariel, he attended Western Wayne High School and had served in the Army.
He was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew and friend. He enjoyed playing horseshoes, volleyball, riding ATVs, truck driving and he lived life to the fullest.
Also surviving are three daughters, Nicole M. Englert and companion, Miles Angerson, Throop; Alysha L. Englert, Moosic; and Emily R. Englert, at home; a granddaughter, Ryleigh Ann Angerson, Throop; a brother, John Englert and wife, Debbie, Lake Ariel; three sisters, Michele Estus and companion, John Evans, Lake Ariel; Lori Bieber and husband, George, Moosic; and Cynthia Howe and husband, Tom, Lake Ariel; maternal grandmother, Clara Reider Noble, Scranton; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The funeral will be Thursday at 8 p.m. in the Miller Bean Funeral Home Inc., 436 Cedar Ave., Scranton, with services by the Rev. Arthur W. Davis, pastor of Asbury United Methodist Church. Cremation will be private at Maple Hill Crematory, Hanover Twp.
