Steven Romanowski Obituary

Steven D. Romanowski, 50, of North Scranton, passed away Friday at his home.

Born Aug. 24, 1970, he was the son of the late Thaddeus and Geraldine Kelley Romanowski and was a graduate of Scranton Technical High School, class of 1988. Steve had a great love and appreciation for music, and singing karaoke brought him much joy. An avid sports fan, Steve enjoyed following his team, the Denver Broncos. He will be remembered for his love of Natty Daddy's and going to Dee Jays Hoagies. Steve was a happy and caring brother, uncle and friend to many.

Surviving are three sisters, Mary Elaine Millan and husband, Bill, of Dalton; Susan Burak and husband, Randy, of Virginia; Carol, of Scranton; three brothers, Alan and John, both of Scranton; and Brian and wife, Lisa, of Dalton; two nephews, Bob Davies and Brandon Romanowski; and two nieces, Kristy and Amanda Burak; and a great-nephew, Maxwell Robert Davies.

Family and friends may call Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Semian Funeral Home LLC, 704 Union St., Taylor. A graveside service by the Rev. Francis L. Pauselli will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Cathedral Cemetery, Scranton.
