Adrian Cheek Obituary
GRAHAM - Mr. Adrian Gordon Cheek, 90, of 305 East Elm Street, Graham died at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill on Wednesday, January 19, 2011.
A native of Alamance County, he was the husband of the late Johnnie Henderson Cheek and the son of Roy Cheek and Annie Dean Cheek, both deceased. He was a former employee of Virginia Mills in Swepsonville and retired from Tower Hosiery. He was also an avid hunter and sportsman. Mr. Cheek was a charter member of Andrews Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Bobby G. Cheek and wife Ramona and H. Jerry Cheek and wife Sandra, all of Graham; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and six stepgrandchildren and great-stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Judi Cheek Greene; one sister, Bonnie Colarusso; two brothers, Willie Cheek and Bernice Cheek; and one stepson, James Albert "Jimmy" Foster.
The funeral service will be conducted at Andrews Memorial Baptist Church on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 11 a.m. by Dr. Tommy Willis. Burial will follow at Alamance Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory in Graham on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. At other times they will be at the residence.

We enjoyed seeing Mr. Cheek when we attended Andrews Memorial. He was such a nice man and raised a fine son in Jerry Cheek. May God bless and comfort the family. Love and Prayers, Jody and Linda Kaye Currie
