Rest in Peace my friend. You left this world way too soon. You will be missed.
I worked with her in the UNC Dept. of Biology and I will miss getting together with her and some of her other co-workers/friends for lunches, etc.

I am so sad to hear the news of my wonderful friend's passing. I have so many great memories from when her and I were room mates. She was a really good person with a kind heart, a quick smile, a great sense of humor and above all, she loved her family so very much. My thoughts and prayers are with you all today. RIP old friend, you'll be missed.

Paula was one of my best friends. We worked together in the Department of Biology at UNC-CH for about ten years. She was one of the first ones there to comfort me when I lost my brother in 2007 and again in 2013 when I lost my Mom. Go Rest High On That mountain of eternal peace my friend and I pray God will give John and the rest of her family and all those who loved her and called her friend comfort and peace!! Love you my friend!!

I love you Paula, gonna miss you terribly. Selfish me told you last week, you couldn't go. God had other plans for you and his decisions over-ride mine. No more pain, you're at peace now. Love you...P.S. I hope to GOD you get to wear shoes up there!!
