Broadus Taylor Obituary
Taylor, age 71, of Martin,
passed away Monday,
June 30, 2025 at Northeast
Georgia Medical Center in
Gainesville.
Born March 27, 1954 in
Greenville, SC, he was a
son of the late Clyde Cas-
sell and Gladys Earline
Roach. He worked in
maintenance at Milliken &
Company and attended
New Beginnings Pente-
costal Church.
Family members in-
clude his wife, Tara G.
Taylor; a step-son, Chan-
dler Madden of Anderson,
SC; step-daughter,
Mallisyn Madden of
Townville, SC; grandchil-
dren, Aiden Williams,
Brenton Madden, and
Berkeley Madden; two sis-
ters, Linda Waldrop of
Greenville, SC and Patsy
Clayton of Easley, SC;
nieces, Kelley Buckner
(Corey), and Misty Cash
(Andy); and many nieces
and nephews; great-nieces
and nephews, Taylor,
Tyler, and Kaylee Buckn-
er, and Mason Cash.
In addition to his par-
ents, he was preceded in
death by his first wife,
Linda Simmons Taylor;
and his sisters, Sandra
Frederick and Shirley
Smith.
The family will receive
friends at the mortuary
from 1:00 PM until 3:15 PM
on Wednesday, July 9,
2025.
Funeral services will be
held at 3:30 PM Wednes-
day, July 9, 2025 from the
Chapel of Whitlock Mortu-
ary with Pastor Wayne
Morris and special speak-
er, Chris Aldrich officiat-
ing.
Cremation will follow
the service.
In lieu of flowers, the
family respectfully asks
that memorial donations

ferson, GA 30549.
