My prayers are with all of you, beloved family of Julius, that our loving Lord will provide His sustaining grace in abundance. I
remember so well our time with Julius and Dottie when we all lived in Norco.....they were great supporters of everything we did in the church. May this beautiful Psalm 91 give you peace and comfort.

Herman and I knew Julius and Dottie in Norco, LA. They were committed members of our church there, I am sad to hear of his passing, but I know He was ready to meet his Lord! My prayers are with his beloved family. May The Lord provide His peace, comfort and strength for the days ahead. Hope and I had a very good visit with him about a year ago. He looked great and seemed very happy. May Psalm 91 speak to your hearts and give His sustaining grace. Love, Dottie Hayes

Even though I had not seen Uncle Julius in a very long time, I do remember the times when my family come south for our family vacations and he was always the jokester. I remember my Aunts and Uncles staying up very late at night just to talk and tell stories, make jokes or pull pranks on one another. In the end we would always get together for a family meals and to sing or pray together. Those are the times I remember. I will miss him very much.

My sympathy and love to the entire McLaurin family. Julius gave me the opportunity for beginning my career in hospital administration that lasted 37 years at Lane Memorial Hospital, (now Lane Regional Medical Center). He was an outstanding boss and leader for 9 years before moving to greater opportunites at Rapides General Hospital. His entire family soon became my friends, especially James & Pat. I appreciate his Christian examples and leadership and I believe he is now telling God some stories. I know his family finds comfort by knowing his trust in God.
