My condolences to Daves family. I went to Chariho with Dave and always enjoyed his humor. I have fond memories of our times together. Unfortunately we never stayed in touch after high school. Looking forward to seeing him again in the new world.

Cindy, I´m so heartbroken and sorry upon hearing the news of my friend Daves passing. I was fortunate to have met and to have worked with him for many years while at Electric Boat. We worked side by side with one another on many boats and shared many lunch times and an occasional after work beer with one another. He always managed to cheer me up putting a smile on my face and making me laugh. Later on after leaving EB I would occasionally run into both you and him at Walmart where he still managed to make me smile and laugh. It was always the high point of my day. Needless to say I cried upon hearing the news. I´ll miss my old friend. If you need anything please don´t hesitate to reach out to me, Dan

Cindy and family-
I only knew you for a short time at the clipper, but you definitely made an impression. You came to visit every day and greeted us all with a smile despite the horrors and pain you were experiencing inside, and that says a lot about your character. I also want you to know that the times you weren´t there and I talked about you to Dave and told him he was lucky to have such an amazing wife, he always smiled no matter how weak he was. The love you shared was obvious to us all. I´m so very sorry for your unspeakable loss.

I worked with Dave at E.B. back in the early 80's. He's one of those friends everyone would love to have. He had a very calming affect and would always make your day a little bit better. I also remember him talking about his young daughter. She was the apple of his eye. I'm sorry to hear that he left us way too soon. May God Bless David, his family and friends. I miss him.
