Robert Martin Obituary
Mr. Martin was born in Westerly on July 30, 1943, the son of the late Joseph L. and Josephine (Christina) Martin Jr. He was a graduate of Stonington High School and Harvard H. Ellis Technical School of Danielson, CT and became a draftsman at Electric Boat. Robert was an active member of the Westerly and Punta Gorda Elks and enjoyed being with his family, his Florida home and his 1940 Ford Coupe.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 11:00 am at St. Michael Church, 60 Liberty Street, Pawcatuck. There will be no procession from the funeral home. Burial will take place at St. Michael Cemetery, Pawcatuck. Calling hours will take place on Wednesday from 4-7 pm at Rushlow-Iacoi Funeral Home, 64 Friendship Street, Westerly.
