My memories of Billie Jo as I knew were all over the spectrum. When I first met her she had a huge belly. Her daughter Holly was resting. After Holly came into the world she was the first 'baby' I saw. I gasped when I saw that ugly thing on abdomen. Billie explained what it was. I held this sweet, very quiet, baby. Billie glowed. She loved her children so.
Our relationship was up and down. Her smile could light up a room.but, whoa, watch out for her angry face. I moved to Rhode island and stayed with Billie until I found my own place. I remember beach time, dancing at a place on the beach, riding on my little Honda 50cc. I painted flowers all around her clawfoot bathtub. She took my Honda out by herself. She came back bloodied after she hit a sandy spot on the road. To me, she was a 'woman of the world". I was just a young woman with much to learn.
I was touched when she asked me to take care of her children should anything happened to her.
Billie needed love. She sought love and glowed when she found it.
Billie was a perfectly imperfect being with a laugh that was contagious. Love you. You did a great job with Holly

To Billie Jo's Family
Our deepest sympathy to all of you. Billie helped me take care of my mother while she lived with us. She always smiled and was caring and gentle with her clients. I'm sure she will be missed by all.

Billie was a part of my life for many years when I was just 20 years old. We loved taking the kids to the beach and then going back to the beach at night to dance. She had a smile that could light up the room. May she sleep forever with the Lord.

To Holly and kids,
I am so sorry about your mother. We had some good talks at the beach with Barbara. It was always fun. It won't be the same.

My Dear Friend, Billie Jo..
We have been friends for so long, that I can't imagine life without you in it. The many hours at the beach, going to Kittery, ME, going to Yankee Candle, Ma and where ever my Jeep would take us. I cherish all the wonderful memories I am left with.
I will never see Meatloaf or Corned Beef and not think of you! ha ha
You will be with me in spirit my first trip in my hottub!
I made you promises and I will keep them forever!
Until we meet again, I will miss you and always love you.

I just want to give my condolences to the family. Wilma was a good friend of mine and I used to be at dialysis with her. I recently recevied a kidney transplant and was looking forward to visiting the dialysis center and seeing her and telling her about it, she always used to tell me that I needed to get a new kidney and get off of dialysis cause I am too young to be on it. (I am 36).
She will be missed very much and she will always be my friend. I will remember her for the good laughs we would have when we would talk .
I hope that you all get through this tough time with the though that Wilma was a good friend and had people like me who cared about her.
Goodbye my friend, I will always remember you and I will miss you always.
