To Richard and Erick. You have my condolences on the loss of your Mother Nelda. What a great strong willed person she was and a perfect foil for your Dad John. I would laugh when I would see her with a couple of bales of hay in the hugh Chevrolet station wagon she drove and we used to say that Nelda only owned one sweatshirt and she must wear it to bed at night. You are fortunate to have a real mother like her and I never drive by the park on Herrick without thinking of her, John and both of you and Cookie too.
Thanks for the memories

Dear Anderson Family
I only knew Nelda when she came to Exclusively Sequoia but I came to like her. She sat next to my dad at dinner
and would tell him to be quiet when he yelled. She was a real spunky lady. I am sure she will be missed by all that knew her.

To the whole family of Ms Nelda... How lucky you all are to have been blessed with such an amazing woman in your life. I only had the opportunity to know Nelda for a few short months before her passing, but I am so grateful for that time that I did have with her. I have so many fond memories of her. What an amazing woman she was! She will be missed deeply by all. My heart and prayers go out to you and your family. My Love, Shawnna

Nelda Anderson was my forever best friend and my former mother-in-law. I first met her when I was 17 and she was 47 - we had many years of deep, great friendship, shared a passionate love of horses and dogs. I will never forget the horse shows where she was so nervous, she could not bear to watch the outcome, and we usually won! She loved the halter horses and loved to watch Cheryl ride and win. We could sit for hours and talk about horses and bloodlines, until someone would tell us to be quiet! She enriched my life with love and kindness, along with great understanding. She loved her family above all else and was proud of each one of them. I will miss her very much as she will always be my mom in my heart. Much love, Mary

Gram, you have no idea how many changes you made in my life.. You taught me to be strong and to never give up.. Seeing you everyday before the day you left our lives really taught me how strong we all needed to be. I know for a fact that you wouldn't want us all to mope around, you would want us to celebrate the long life you lived. You and Papa will always no matter what be in my heart. I will love you both no matter what. Please look over us no matter what time of day it is.. I will see you on the other side Gram and Papa.. You both have made a great impact in my life! Love you both very very much! P.S. Please never forget the times us three shared together! Much Love.. R.I.P.
