My dear friend, I still miss coming over to see you, Leila and Tia. And picking up as though I we had seen each other every day. Time has flown by and now God has you in his care.

I loved visiting Stewart and Lelia in Topanga Canyon. Both filled my heart with joy. The last time I saw them was when Tia and Myla were babies. My son Ted was 2 years old. I was so proud to be able to display Stewart's artwork in Venice at the Security Pacific Bank. I still admire his work in my apartment. I have a canvas painting of sea horses and a loving gift to for Ted "Choo Choo Train. My second son Josh did not get the opportunity to meet him not did I get to meet Sachi and Louie. Named after the great Louie Sachmo Armstrong. Moskowits family, I am so blessed by God for the love my family was given by your family.
Brilliant..is it an Acrylic on canvas?

I have spent hours looking at The Corporation, never knowing its title until 33 years later A framed poster hung in my kids' shared bedroom for many years. I always loved the penguin's expressions; they always made me smile. I often attributed silly stories to each character's personality. Thank you for providing for me many hours of enjoyment while I nursed and rocked my little children to sleep on so many occasions. I still have it. Thank you for your wonderful, carefree spirit.

I only knew Stuart thru his colorful paintings all around SoHum. They made me and others smile. His paintings were Hugh and made a statement of how beautiful our area is and how it's so important to protect our Giant Coastal Redwoods forever, He will be missed but not Forgotton. May he Rest In Peace knowing his Paintingss were enjoyed by many!

In the early 80s I went to a studio in Santa Monica with some friends. Just out of the Air Force maybe 22 years old and I'm admiring a painting someone walked up behind me and asked what I liked about the painting. I said my Mom would love this. He said buy it for her I told him I was unemployed. He gave me a discount and payments. I paid him off early and Mom enjoyed it for decades. Everyone that comes into my living room comments on it. I've been loving it for 33 yrs.

The first time I met Stewart,he came into my office with the same smile that is captured in this picture. He looked as if he just left the easel but was happy to be around others. Every time afterwards, Stewart was the same, happy to see me and happy in his skin. He seemed like a very unique individual and I wish that our paths had merged more.
May Stewart's friends and family find peace
within so that they can help each other
through this difficult time.

Even though I didn't know him personally his talent with painting captured many in SoHum and beyond. I loved his painting up at the Meadows in Redway. May his soul Rest In Peace knowing he inspired many and that he left knowing his life made a difference here,
