Aaron Downing Obituary
Aaron had a deep love for his family and for the outdoors. He will be remembered for his fun-loving, adventuresome spirit. Aaron had struggled with mental illness for many years.
He leaves behind his daughter, Elizabeth, of New Hampshire; brothers Lance, of White Salmon, Washington, and Ian and his wife, Mary Beth, of South Burlington; niece, Hadley; grandfather, Richard Downing, of Florida; as well as many caring aunts, uncles and cousins.
A private remembrance gathering in celebration of Aaron's life will be held by the family.

An angel was taken from us way to soon, so many things left to do and say. You warmed the hearts of everyone that you came across and would do anything for anyone. Aaron you will always be in our hearts. Keep looking over us. I will always love you. Fly high baby you are safe now.

I have so many good memories of Aaron that I will hold close to me. We have a most beautiful granddaughter as a result of Aaron who means the absolute world to me. I hope all your demons are quiet now and you are resting peacefully. We'll meet again in the great beyond and share a few laughs.

David, Linda, Lance and Ian My sincerest condolences on the loss of Aaron. It seems to me that he and I were just in my basement trying to figure out how to fit stairs from the basement to the first floor. He will be missed. I always enjoyed working with him and his company. He was always a positive spirit and go getter. He loved his daughter and would light up when he talked about her and hikes/outings he would have with her. I considered him family and always will. I just talked with him on Sunday August 26th he was positive then. Again my condolences. Sincerely Chris

I am so sorry for the loss of your son. I only knew Aaron a short time but knew he loved his daughter very much. He was so proud of her and loved her with his whole heart. I am sad that he wont be around to see her grow into a beautiful young lady. She was his pride and joy and he was hers too.
