Felix Martinez

Felix Martinez passed away peacefully at his home in Frederick Colorado on August 28,2013. Felix was born in Canada de Rocio NM, on June 22, 1941. He later moved to Frederick, Colorado where he raised his family. Felix had a passion for music, family, friends, helping others, and making people laugh. Felix and his brothers were very well known throughout Colorado as the Four M's/Martinez Bros. His passion for music drove him to record two singles. He is survived by his beloved wife Betty Martinez of fifty years, his two sons Jeff (Jerri), Dave (Sarah), his grandchildren Chandler, Mikayla, Jordan, Hailee, Shannon, and his great grandchildren Ava and Ellen along with his five brothers, John, Nick, Ruben, Max, Roy, and one sister, Charlotte. He was preceded in death by his parents Gabriel and Manuelita Martinez; brothers Peter, Sam, Leo and sisters Ida and Pauline. The viewing will be September 2nd from 4 pm-7pm at St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Frederick, Colorado followed by the Rosary at 7 pm. The funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, September 3rd at 11 am at St. Theresa's Catholic Church followed by a burial at Mt. View Cemetery in Longmont Colorado.
