Gary Usher died in Longmont United Hospital on Veterans Day. His numerous friends and co-workers thought this fitting as he was an Air Force Veteran. He worked at many jobs including ConAgra Foods, Longmont Times Call, and Front Range Community College where he was also a student. A true "Jack-of-all trades", Gary could fix your car as easily as your computer. He was well able to carry on a wonderful philosophical, religious, or historical discussion with you. He was an amateur seismologist. He graduated in 2011 from Ashford University Cum Laude while working at Front Range Community College.
Gary will be remembered fondly for his wonderful smile and belly rolling laugh. He leaves behind two brothers, a sister and his mother, and many, many friends. He will be greatly missed.
There will be a gathering in memory of Gary on Friday November, 18th at 4pm in the Community Room Building C at Front Range Community College in Longmont. Contact Michael Chisholm at 303-678-3649 if you are planning to attend.
In lieu of flowers, a scholarship fund in Gary's name has been established at Front Range Community College. Contact Michael Chisholm to donate at [email protected].
To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
