Albert Foxwell Obituary
December 4, 1933 - January 8, 2026
FOXWELL, Albert, 92, of Mechanicsville, Va., passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hilton A. and Jennie Rowe Foxwell; sisters, Antoinette Howell, Hilton Crawford, Jean Foxwell and Virginia Hale; and brother, John B. Foxwell. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Marianne H. Foxwell; son, Albert Andrew Foxwell of Mechanicsville; daughter, Jennie L. Wood of Cape Charles VA; and three grandchildren, Andrew T. Foxwell, Shane and Shannon Eastwood. Al was an avid sportsman and charter member of the Pioneer Hunt Club in King William County. He loved to hunt, fish and shoot skeet. He was a member of the Richmond Gun Club. Al graduated from John Marshall High School and retired from a long career at C&P Telephone/Bell Atlantic.
