Alvin W. Pleasants, 77, of Henrico, died December 26, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Jeanette Pleasants; and five siblings. Surviving are his loving wife, Shelia Jackson-Pleasants; three devoted daughters, Stephanie Robinson, Angela Jackson and Shenise Loney; two sons, Dennis and Byrin Jackson; 12 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; brother, Keith Pleasants; two sons-in-law; three brothers-in-law; three sisters-in-law; other relatives and friends.
Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Tuesday, January 7 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, January 8 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Interment, Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, Ashland, VA.
