Catherine was an angel on earth whose warm spirit will somehow be a part of all who knew and loved her. She provided family stories to those of us who were not around at different points in time and for that legacy I am ever grateful. My deepest sympathy to everyone. Always,

Aunt Catherine,
I just wanted to let you know that we all miss and love you so much. It was definitely hard for us all to see you go so sudden but we all know that you are in a better place during this time. It is amazing to know how many people you have affected aside from the family. You were definitely a joy to us all and I know you would want the family and friends to stay strong, and focused on maximizing all of our potential. We need to all thank the one above for allowing you to be apart of our lives in such a unbelievable way. The one above presented us with the best example of what determination and perserverance can mean in your life, and what you can achieve with those extremely important attributes. We love you and we all know you were welcomed with open arms to HEAVEN. Love, your nephew, HD

I will always be so grateful to Catherine for the life lessons she provided through the way she lived her life. Her tenacity, love of learning, kindness and sweet spirit were ever present. And while I will miss the chance to look in those beautiful, kind eyes, I know her love and amazing spirit will live on in the many lives she touched. To all who knew and loved her, my deepest sympathy.

To Mary B & Family, I am writing on behalf of my mom, Annie Gray, your neighbor on Northside Avenue for years. Your sister was well thought of by my mom,she was such a friendly & pleasant person, my mom was just talking about her about 2 weeks ago, they talked often & I'm sure my mom will miss their talks. Your family will be in our thoughts & prayers in the coming days, cherish all the beautiful memories you have of Catherine, she was a wonderful person.
