To The Family of Charles D. Bledsoe, Charlie), I extend my deepest sympathy. I was Charlies's secretary when he was CEO of Project Aid Sir in Richmond, Virginia. He was a wonderful boss, friend and wonderful person. I will always remember the guidance and friendship shown to me. The last time I talked to Charlie was about a year ago. We were talking about getting all of the employees together that worked with him for a "reunion" Again, Family, he was a wonderful person.

My deepest sympathy to the family of Charlie D. Bledsoe. No more pain and suffering. Just sweet sweet rest in the kingdom. Charlie went to be with the Lord because he told me that he was in a new relationship and it was with the Lord. I was so happy for him.

I would go up to his room in the hospital and sing to him and he would just smile and say you have a beautiful voice sing me another song. I would read the 23rd Psalm to him and he would just nod in agreement.

I'm going to miss my old friend. But I know that he is in a better place. One of Charlie's favorite quotes was " I'd rather be in a dungen with a wise man than to be in a palace with a fool".

Charlie was a very good friend of mine and he was very wise man. He taught me a lot of things about life. I'm gonna miss him.. So to the family I say... Weeping may endure for a night, but Joy cometh in the morning. Remember the love he had for family and all the things he taught you keep them dear to your hearts. He has gone from labor to reward.
