Cheryl Lawson Obituary
April 20, 1960 - July 27, 2024
Cheryl Ann Lawson, 64, of Montpelier, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2024, surrounded by her family after a brief battle with cancer. Cheryl is survived by her brothers, Fred and Gary Lawson (Patricia); nieces, Ashley Lawson and Amanda Brickey (Richard). Cheryl was a beloved member of Hopeful Baptist Church. Her faith in Christ gave her great comfort during her illness. Cheryl was a Clinique representative for Macy's for more than 40 years. Cheryl enjoyed trail riding, long walks with her Border Collies, and cooking/baking for her loved ones. She was loved by everyone she met, and we will miss her and her infectious laugh.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at Hopeful Baptist Church, 14340 Hopeful Church Rd, Montpelier, VA, 23192. A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m., on Monday, August 5, 2024, at Hopeful Baptist Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Cancer Society.

I'm truly sorry to hear of Cheryl's passing. We went to school together and I have always thought of her as my best friend. We worked together at 16 at Burger King across from her house. She had a beautiful smile and a beautiful heart. Rest in peace my friend

I have known Cheryl since the opening of Va Center. She has been my go to for Clinique since that time. She had the gift of making everyone her friend. She always made my day better so I liked to stop by to say hi and enjoy some conversation. I especially remember when she helped my daughter with cosmetics before a dance. We shared stories of horses, dogs and family. My heart is broken and I will forever miss her. She and her family will be remembered in my prayers.

Clinique Counter at Macy's at VA Center Commons. You watched my Little Girl grow up and you met my Grandson who I am Raising at Macy's at Short Pump.
You were Always Ful of Life!
Just got Word Today when I called because you always called me to let me know about the up Coming Sale.
