Dilcie Cotman Obituary

Dilcie B. Cotman, of Henrico, departed this life May 3, 2005. She leaves to cherish her memory five daughters, Bernestine Madison, Alethia Goode (Bernard Jr.), Adrianne Shelton (Keith), Shurline Smith (Michael), Treace Cotman; one son, Clarence Cotman (Allean); 10 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, four sisters, Amanda Atkins, Gloria Dabney, Robinette Harris and Virginia Randolph; three brothers, James and John Bagby and David Young; 10 sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and devoted friends. Remains rest at J. Leroy Charity Funeral Home, Charles City at 10 a.m. Friday. Mrs. Cotman will rest at Gravel Hill Baptist Church, Henrico, where services will be held 11:30 a.m. Reverend Dr. Ray McKenzie officiating. Eulogy by Reverend Tyrone Nelson. Interment Union Baptist Church Cemetery, Charles City.
