While I never met Doris we recently spoke countless times as she was the contact person for the sale of her sister's condo in Atlanta. I was extremely sad to hear of her passing as we had developed what felt like a life long friendship and trust. She seemed like a very dear person and I know she will be sorely missed by her family and friends. My deepest sympathy to her entire family. May her memory be a blessing.

Best friends throughout adolescence, we lost track after high school graduation. She remained close to my family. Doris was like a second mom to my nieces. Bereft at her loss I'm sending love to her family. I loved her comment "See you on the other side."

I am so sorry to hear about Doris. My mother, Bette Talman, is one of her neighbors in Wyndham as well as graduating from high school with her. Mother and my dad and myself had many laughs with her and Al in the circle as well as Fairways picnics and Christmas gatherings. I will miss knowing she is across the street. Mother And I send our condolences and love to the family She was a very special lady.

In 1979 when I was 16 years old, your mother hired me to work for her at Harvey's warehouse. Some of my most fond memories are standing in her office chatting, listening to stories about her sons and her gregarious smile. Through the years I've spoken with her many times that I never saw her again after Harvey's closed but she left an imprint on my life that I will never ever forget. Prayers to the family during this time of sorrow and I know that she left many memories in your hearts.

Doris and Al were our closest friends for many years. We were next door neighbors for 27 years. She was a wonderful, caring friend to us. We will miss her terribly. She is now with Albert, Mark and Bernard. God bless them all.
