I met Gene thru Frankie, 20 yrs ago. He later became best man at our wedding. He became my friend as well as Frankie's. His talents were many. He recently carved a bird sculptor for me.He had such a deep & captivating voice. His visits & phone calls were enjoyable. The phone at our house was silenced this week.{no calls from Gene}.

Life ended for our dear friend. He will always be remembered.

He was my childhood hero.

He was my mentor for many things that I love to do today.

He was someone that I could always count on.

He was a true friend for the past 45 years of my life.

He was a good & decent man.

He will be thought of,and missed everyday for the rest of my life.

Goodby for now.
